Energizers make work engaging and interactive! Good energizers are more than just games or icebreakers. They prime participants and prepare them for the work ahead. They give them a safe space to experiment with the tools and technology of the meeting. And they reinforce the purpose and outcome of why they’ve gathered in the first place. In this Retooling yoU, we’ll do a speed run through as many energizers as we can! We’ll use a variety of materials and modalities. You’ll get hands-on practice participating and facilitating energizers both classic and never-before-seen.
